Barry reports on another breezy but beautiful winter’s outing from our base on the Broads:
“Don’t be deceived by the calm, sunny background in this picture. The wind was quite strong in places. A crew consisting of Jenny, Rob, Steve, Humphrey and Barry set off from Barton Turf in good spirits and rowed through and well beyond Wayford Bridge. After a well earned stop for refreshment, including a quick nip of winter warming whisky, the crew completed the return journey in a much faster time. It was a really good outing!”
Good spirits both ways, seemingly?
