On Wednesday 2nd March a team of Crabbers moved ”Hoi Larntan” from Anta’s orchard back to the Carnser; a sure sign that we will soon be rowing towards Blakeney Point in warmer weather. Thanks to Anta for allowing the use of her land.
Humphrey did a great job of towing the skiff through the orchard gates and onward to the specially designated pitch in the dinghy park. Many thanks also to the other members of the convoy: Steve, Alan, Clive, Anta, Rob, Diana and Barry. Rob ensured that all the necessary rowing equipment was present and correct. Maisie was in attendance.
When ”Hoi Larntan” was in situ, all that remained was for Humphrey, accompanied by Rob and Barry, to tow the road trailer to a far corner of Blakeney Marine Boatyard. Thanks to Carl and his team for storing the CRAB trailers during the forthcoming season.
